I recently completed a 15 year fixed refinance with Watermark Home Loans and received a great rate with low closing costs. Casey Lamm and his team did an exceptional job coordinating all the required information, the appraisal, and all other details right up to the closing. I am extremely satisfied with how quickly we were able to close and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casey and Watermark.
Casey Lamm was very responsive and professional. I tend to be a bit over anxious and he maintained complete professionalism throughout the process. In addition, while only having a 40 day rate lock, we were able to fund my loan with well over a week to spare.
Mr. Harmon was a pleasure to work with. From start to closing, the process was as easy as it could be. Everything was clearly presented and researched in order to accommodate our needs. We just completed a refinance with Watermark Home Loans, our broker was Jennifer Chang. We couldn't be happier and more pleased. We started off with Sebonic and had horrible customer service, jumped over to Watermark and it was night and day. She's quick to communicate, never leaves you hanging, explains it all - extremely professional. A+ and that's saying a lot considering how difficult mortgage loans have become. We knew throughout the entire process that she was on top of it and looking out for our best interests.
Cathy was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with her. I had lots of questions being it was my first home and she was able to help me understand the process. I plan on working with Cathy again and recommending her to others.

Casey Lamm from Watermark Home Loans is very well organized and easy to work with. Watermark's online system made the collection and upload of the required documents very efficient. Casey walked us through the documentation required to complete our loan application and provided advice on the different options available and how we could optimize our credit score. This was my second time working with Cathy and she was fantastic . Cathy discussed the pros and cons of re-financing at this time because the transaction was not going to result in a significant change in my interest rate.
