We found Watermark Home Loans through Zillow and contacted them because of their low rates.Our loan officer was Jennifer Chang. She was able to close our loan ahead of schedule despite lots of complications with the home we were buying.She was extremely responsive. She would reply to my emails really fast, even when she seemed to be on vacation.I've already recommended them to other home buyers and would not hesitate to do so in the future.
Cathy was awesome. She helped me with 2 loans and it could not have been easier. I have had many loans processed in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. Great customer service.

Re-fie'd my house thru Watermark. Process was easy. There were several small delays but Jennifer Chang got my rate lock extended and this never became a problem. Jennifer kept me in the loop and responded quickly whenever I had a question. Great rate, great service.
