We feel very lucky to have Jennifer Chang as our loan officer. She explained everything and made the stressful process infinitely easier for us. She responded to all my phone calls and emails almost immediately. Very impressive!
Paul from Watermark did my refinance. With all the loan officers I encountered through my life(10+ total), Paul is so far the most knowledgable, and the most honest one. He never pushs for sale. He has always been patient and follow through the process.
Excellent service ++ through what has become a truly agonizing process for anybody trying to buy a house. We were all put through the wringer for weeks on end by the underwriting company but our Rep. Jennifer Chang at Watermark kept up the heat and got our loan pushed through. Bravo!
this was the first time I ever dealt with a loan company that I wasn't familiar with ... I had lots of questions and concerns .. Jennifer Chang put my mind at ease . She was so helpful.. Immediately responded to my calls.. Her knowledge and efficiency was impressive . Jennifer Chang really showed she cares and respects her clients . I thank her for everything she has done .
Watermark was able to help me through the refi of my loan and covered almost all of the costs in addition to saving me $400 on my payments! I just couldn't believe all the help I received!
Paul was awesome throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable in all areas and helped us get the best rate possible.He was savvy enough to realize that we were a couple points shy on our credit score, and that if we were able to pay down a couple of our credit cards and then do a re-score, we would qualify for an even lower rate.Additionally all cost quoted on the first phone call were almost exact to the dollar on the HUD statement at close of loan!Thanks Paul !
Our experience with Watermark and Casey Lamm was fantastic. The loan process was easy and the documents were straight-forward. (Other vendors we investigated would add hidden fees and other "gotchas".) I really appreciated how well Casey kept us on-track and informed. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a home loan.
Paul Graham helped me refinance and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew all the answers from day one. Everything was smooth as butter, alleviating any concerns I had about doing this major transaction with a company in another state.
I provided my mailing address repeatedly, including my closing documents. It was completely ignored and documents continue to come to my home address.After the initial conversations, I had problems getting my calls/emails returned unless they needed something from me.The knowledge was excellent and the loan was processed smoothly.
