This is the best residential home loan refinancing experience I have had in many years. I worked with Jennifer Chang at Watermark. She was very professional, honest and worked very hard to process a jumbo loan for my family that was very complex and intricate. Closed our refi in about 30 days. Got an excellent rate and large lender credit. Very responsive to phone calls and email. Very straight forward process and open about fees. No hidden costs. I would recommend this company to friends.
I had a wonderful experience working with Watermark Home Loans. I worked with Casey Lamm. He provided an outstanding service. When my credit score came below anticipated range, he realized that it was because of the higher than normal balance I was carrying on a interest free credit card. He suggested I pay it down, and we do re-scoring to get better mortgage rate. As a result I have 3.5% jumbo loan. Excellent service! Highly recommended!!!
I don't live in CA and have never done something as big as a refinance online. Casey did a fantastic job getting everything through in a timely fashion. This refinance was actually easier than my previous with a broker who lived down the street.
Watermark had one very responsive and knowledgeable person (Kory Matthys) as the sole contact throughout the loan process. Kory got the loan through the process at the rate quoted and closed the deal on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Watermark again if the need arises.
Jennifer Chang was great. She made the approval and closing process painless and was always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend her and Watermark.
