I worked with Jennifer Chang at Watermark. She was very professional, honest and worked very hard to process a jumbo loan for my family that was very complex and intricate. Jennifer always responded to my calls, emails and texts in a timely manner (hard to find in the mortgage industry). She also worked with her internal underwriter and the lender to make sure we qualified despite my just having started at a new employer. Closed our refi in about 30 days. Got an excellent rate and large lender credit. Very responsive to phone calls and email. Very straight forward process and open about fees. No hidden costs. I would recommend this company to friends.
I had a wonderful experience working with Watermark Home Loans. I worked with Casey Lamm. He provided an outstanding service. When my credit score came below anticipated range, he realized that it was because of the higher than normal balance I was carrying on a interest free credit card. He suggested I pay it down, and we do re-scoring to get better mortgage rate. As a result I have 3.5% jumbo loan. Excellent service! Highly recommended!!!
I don't live in CA and have never done something as big as a refinance online. Casey did a fantastic job getting everything through in a timely fashion. This refinance was actually easier than my previous with a broker who lived down the street.
Watermark had one very responsive and knowledgeable person (Kory Matthys) as the sole contact throughout the loan process. Kory got the loan through the process at the rate quoted and closed the deal on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Watermark again if the need arises.
Jennifer Chang was great. She made the approval and closing process painless and was always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend her and Watermark.

Kory was great to work with he made it simple and not stressful everything was straight forward . Kory would answer my questions with ease and didn't give me any go around answers. He locked me into the great low rate he quoted in the beginning with no excuses at the end. If you are getting Watermarks number from Zillow don't hesitate to call they are legit.
