Ryan provided a painless refinancing experience. He accurately and effectively answered my questions and provided prompt responses. He was flexible enough to wait until rates fell to my desired level and pulled the trigger to get me a great deal.
Did not close loan, but were helpful throughout. Tried to match other bids and presented a number of options. Would have closed, but another bank was able to beat their terms.

You know I am one of those guys that is self employed and has always had a hard time getting a loan ( ie fitting the form ). Ryan helped me with the refinancing of my house. He was very helpful and responsive . Throughout the process, he made sure to inform me about all the details and different options. Thanks to him, I was able to make the correct decisions and get the right loan at a minimum cost.
