Successfully refinanced our home with Watermark. The experience was very good and the rate was unbeatable. I back-checked the rate with several mortgage firms and Watermark offered a considerably better better rate. Responsiveness was excellent. Overall a very good experience.
Definitely recommend doing your refi loan with them. They work very hard to close within 30 days, and their operators are very responsive when you contact them.

Thoroughly investigated and presented all of our options plus kept on top of the situation so we were able to get the best rate in the changing market. Once our decision was made the process was smooth and stress-free.
Obtaining a cash out loan is work. I worked with Brock R. Hicks and he took a lot of the aggravation out of the process. From start to finish he was on top of the file. He consistently provided updates and responses to my questions. I was really impressed by his capability and follow thru. It was a really professional and clear endeavor. I would readily work with Brock again. He is a top notch mortgage banker.
