I recently completed a mortgage refi with Watermark. I started off with someone who wasn't great but ended up working with Mike Greenberg who was great. So, I'm not sure that I can recommend just anyone there but if you ask for Mike, you'll very likely have great service. I'd do it again.
My wife and I found Watermark to be very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our Mortgage Banker, Brock Hicks was extremely helpful and professional. He guided us thru the challenges of refinancing with ease. We could not have asked for better. We highly recommend both Brock and Watermark for your mortgage needs.
Worked with Casey Lamn at Watermark on a jumbo mortgage. The rate was good more competitive then anything else I could find, he was responsive to my many questions and most importantly everything was done on time as he promised.
This is our 3rd time doing a 30 year fixed refinance for a Jumbo loan on a primary residence, and by far the best experience we have ever had with a refinance. Ryan is wonderful to work with for so many reasons, including being responsive, organized, straightforward and consistent from beginning to end in terms of closing costs. And Watermark was able to give us the best rate which equals significant monthly savings for us! We will definitely be referring friends and family to Watermark and specifically to Ryan.
Brock Hicks is a consummate professional who made the experience of acquiring a loan for our new home a simple and easy process. From the time that our first request went to Watermark, Brock was in constant contact with us. Beginning with the initial loan application, the house search and finally escrow. We cannot recommend Brock Hicks and Watermark enough. All our questions were answered and when it came time to move through escrow Brock and Watermark met all our expectations.
Very positive experience. Cathy was able to beat the rate that was advertised online and I appreciate her effort to really get the best deal for us that she could. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had very quickly. Would definitely use Watermark again if rates drop more!
He is well knowledgeable with excellent experience and honest loan broker. This is the second time I have done loan with him and I am very pleased with me.
Josh was able to get us a great rate for our loan, 3.375% on a 30 year fixed. We were first time home buyers and so pleased with the service provided to us. Josh is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and always available to answer questions. I have already referred friends/family and will continue to do so in the future.
Outstanding, Brock Hicks in particular bend over backwards to get (and keep) my business and to keep me happy along the way. He kept me well informed and up-to-date and I always knew what to expect at each step of the way. I'd would definitely do business with Brock again!
