Ms. Kazan is the consummate professional. In all my dealings with her, she was always patient and if she could not answer an inquiry directly, her co-workers would Cc her on the email when they gave me my answer. I absolutely love the transparency of WaterMark and how all information was shared from start to finish. Even after her part of the procedure was done, she would send me an email asking if everything was okay and if I had any questions. Grade A for WaterMark and Ms. Kazan!

My husband and I refinanced our VA home loan through Watermark. They did a very thorough job and it was quick and as painless as a re-fi could be. We would definitely consider using them for a home loan again.

Casey Lamm from Watermark Home Loans was so knowledgeable and helpful to us. He was available for all of our questions, even if he had already answered them previously. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease during the entire process. I had to make a trip to Florida and he didn't hesitate at all to help us from Ca to Florida and back again. Cathy Dragna was a pleasure to work with and was very informative and helpful on all of my questions. I completed a refinance on my primary home with Watermark Home Loans and was very satisfied with the level of service and responsiveness that I received. The entire transactions was completed via timely email and telephone calls. Thank you for the professionalism and hands on approach. Hope to do this again in the future.

I completed a refinance on my primary home with Watermark Home Loans recently. The loan officer from Watermark (Cathy Dragna) was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. During the refinance, Cathy was able to change to a different lender and offer me a better rate. I'm very impressed by the overall experience. I would certainly consider approaching Watermark for my future home finance needs and would also recommend them to my friends and family.

I recently closed a mortgage loan with Nannette Kazan from Watermark Home Loans and was very satisfied with the level of service and responsiveness that I received. I was able to get a lower interest rate for my jumbo loan compared to offers that I received from other mortgage bankers. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends for loan work.

I have used Watermark Capital 3 times (2011, 2012, and 2014) for home purchase and refinance and every time they have been clear, concise, and worked hard to get my loan approved in the shortest time possible.
