I received a thing in the mail about refinancing my mortgage just for VA loans and I tossed it in the trash. Then a got a second notice and threw it away, too! When I got the third notice I said "Aw, what he hell!" And I called Casey Lamm and he was absolutely the most friendly, professional and knowledgable guy to talk with and are we ever glad we did talk to him because he saved us 200 dollars a month on our mortgage. My experience with Nannette Kazan & Watermark Home Loans was incredible. I live in Utah and lost my home to a short sale. I had to complete the "Back to Work Program" - my HUD counselor informed me that Utah was struggling and to their knowledge not 1 mortgage company in the state of Utah had closed with someone who had completed the Back to Work Program. I contacted watermark just to see what might be possible regarding a refi. One offer didn't appear possible and when I had given up on it their agent continued looking for offers that suited our financial goals. Nannette Kazan was a wonderful mortgage broker. She completed a refinance on an investment property in about 3 weeks, including a full appraisal. I was very impressed with the speed at which she could turn around documents and information. Have already recommended her to others, including family members. This is the second mortgage I have done with Watermark Capital and both have been speedy and professional experiences.

I called around to a lot of places, however Casey Lamm with Watermark Home Loans, did an awesome job. He talked to me like a person, I had a ton of questions for him too, and he was patient with me and helped to answer all them. The entire process was extremely fast, took 2 weeks from first call to signing with the notary!

It was a pleasure working with Ryan to complete the refinance of my home. I was unable to obtain the refinanced loan from my normal bank due to the fact that I am self employed. Ryan was able to close the loan quickly and was very helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend Ryan.
