Our refinance process with Watermark Home Loans was very smooth and uneventful. The entire transaction was conducted via email and over the telephone and the entire process went as though we were in the same room together. Our loan agent was very responsive to all of our questions, and would even contact us on weekends when necessary. We have recommended Watermark to several friends who were equally impressed with the level of professionalism they received.

The overall process was excellent. Better than I've ever had in the last 10 years. A little glitch is that a rental survey was required and I was not notified upfront. I needed to pay $150 out of my pocket.

I would highly recommend Nannette if you need to refinance or are looking for a loan to purchase a property. She was very responsive and easy to work with. The entire process was very smooth and extremely fast. We were scheduled to sign escrow papers within 9 working days of my initial contact with Nannette! However, due to the recent government shutdown (no fault of Nannette's) there was a delay with obtaining our tax transcripts from the IRS so the signing was delayed. Nannette Zazan was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to my needs. She maintained nearly daily contact with me despite vacations and hectic schedules on both of our parts. She is very personable, friendly and was overall a pleasure to work with.
