I recently completed a refinance through Watermark Home Loans, quick, easy...the most important part is that i received the exact terms and fees that were promised from my first call to them. I had shopped around for about a week, most lenders i called offered me completely different rates than what was quoted on zillow, and when i called Kory Matthys at his office, his offer matched zillow exactly!! I suggest this company for the smart and honest shopper, 5 stars all the way.

Nannette was awesome. She was super on top of things and called me to give me updates and emailed me back quickly. I didn't understand a lot of the terminology and she was super helpful and explained it all to me. She helped us close and we were able to skip two mortgage payments! We were able to close with no cost out of our own pockets. It was great!

I closed on a refinance through Watermark Capital and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I got the best rate I could find anywhere, at no cost, and the whole thing took less than a month from beginning to end. Nannette Kazan was professional and on the level throughout the whole process. Closed on our refinance. We are East Coast and Watermark is West Coast, but you would have thought that Nannette Kazan, our mortgage banker, was right down the street. The whole team was great and the process was great.
