I do not know where to begin or how to fully thank Watermark Home Loans and specifically Jennifer Chang for helping me refinance my house. cathy was a great. she did all the work for pre approval for refinancing. she set up the signing of the documents. When the taxes didn't get paid she ensured they were paid.
I was in the process of a refi on my home and almost signed with another company, when a friend suggested talking to Kory Matthys with Watermark Home loans. Kory was able to quote a better interest rate and lower closing costs. One of the things that really impressed me was he was able to help me with the numbers for the refi and waited until I was going to work with him before he pulled my credit rating. Watermark helped me review my financial situation. They pulled a list of properties to which they felt were affordable to me. I was happy to receive such guidance, being a first time home buyer. They were on task and got me into my new home quick and painlessly. Due to changes in rates since initial purchase they helped me refinance, locking in the lowest rate I had seen. I highly recommend Watermark for home purchases and refinancing.

Great service and job I was referred to Watermark and they helped us buy our first home last summer. The team was on top of things and walked us through the process step by step. They helped my wife and I achieve our goal of owning a home before our daughter was born. This past winter we worked with them again and refinanced to take advantage of the low rates. They were great while negotiating, closing, and I would refer them to anyone I knew.
Watermark Home Loans was very helpful obtaining my refi. They explained every step and there was no disappointment throughout he loan process. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
