Patrick was great! His rates were so much lower than all others including my own bank, which whom I am a premier banker. I got no less than 7 other rate quotes from major banks to other lenders on zillow. By far, Patrick was the most pleasant to deal with. I requested everything in writing and they provided it quickly and explained the process of my loan thoroughly. I was afraid that their rate was just a teaser and I was going to get duped in the end but they gave me exactly what was promised and I finished my refinance. What I appreciated the most was the ability to get a response to my questions quickly.
