I searched far and wide locally and nationwide both with banks, brokers, website brokers, and so on. It came down to Thomas and one other company that would have saved me a tiny bit more......but I gave my business to Thomas because of the absolute care and attention he gave me in the loan-shopping process. Somehow I was at closing within a week too haha. I am a customer for life with this guy. Thanks again Thomas!

Paul helped us get a house in the middle of this crazy market, which should speak to itself. We have been in touch with him and Watermark for a couple years as we explored home ownership. To his credit, even at times when it felt like we were abusing his time, he was always responsive and helpful. Ryan gave us options, communicated and locked us a better rate than expected! 13 basis points better. We applied with two other lenders and it wasn't even close. Ryan's pricing beat them hands down. Not only was the pricing amazing there were no points and the closing costs were very minimal. The experience was awesome and virtually everything was done online. Shop rates with Ryan and save some dough!

We worked with Alex Perez on refinancing our home. He was wonderful and always available to help answer questions throughout the entire process. They offered us the lowest rates and best customer service. We were hesitant doing the entire process online but they make it so easy. I would recommend Watermark and Alex to everyone.

Vincent Jackson and company were great. We locked in a 30 year rate for a refinance on Jan 6th and the loan was funded on Feb 5th. No pressure, just lots of good information for our decision making. Highly recommend!

Vincent Jackson helped us refi our home early 2021. From start to finish Vincent was honest, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. There was never any hidden costs and our loan closed when and how Vincent told us to expect it. Vincent’s entire team deserves high marks as well, efficient, prompt and very courteous.
