Used Monica Reyes as my mortgage banker with WaterMark Home Loans to refinance my mortgage twice and will be using them a third time for the mortgage on my new home, best rates I was able to find with great lender credits, very fast process and very fast responding any concerns and questions I had, I would recommend this lender o anyone.
Absolutely amazing, got all my questions answered on the very first call. I shopped around but she gave me lowest interest rate. All the processes went pretty smooth, closed the house in less than 30 days.

Robert (Skip) Bradury was our mortgage broker. Robert is knowledgable, experienced, communicative and trustworthy. We found consistency and accuracy to all details and information provided by Robert.
