This is the second refi we have done with Wilson. Both were 15 year loans and everything went as promised by Wilson. Everything was professional, extremely streamlined with DocuSign and filling all the docs out online. We have referred friends to Wilson and they are all very satisfied with their new loans and the work Wilson did.

We were so pleased that we did choose Jody. She was extremely knowledgeable, prompt in answering any questions we had via email or phone, and got us a good rate. It was a pleasure working with Jody and the Watermark on-line application process is surprisingly simple.
We worked with Dyllon Bobo of Watermark to refinance our home. His communication was amazing, he was super easy to work with, and he explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was great at following up at just the right times. Everything was done over the phone and online, perfect for covid times and working parents!
