With rates getting lower and lower, we used Jason again for a refi about a year after using him for our initial purchase. He made everything smooth as could be for us, even went the extra mile to get a second appraisal in as we tried to get our home value high enough to lose the PMI we had. He looked for all angles to help us and give us the best mortgage possible. We're lifelong clients, that's for sure.
I used Wilson and Watermark to refinance an investment property in February 2021. It was a great rate (from 4.8% to 3.8%). Rates continued to decrease and I was investigating a refi on my personal property. I emailed Wilson and he not only took my primary residence from 3.3% to 2.3% but he recommended I refinance my investment property again. I was able to get 2.8%.
