I found Alex Perez online and he immediately provided me with an impressive mortgage rate, which was way lower than my local mortgage brokers' offers. He also quickly got me two options for my mortgage refinance and honestly told me which is better to choose. This was my second refinance experience with Mr. Moses Herrera at Watermark Home Loans. The second was just as fantastic as the first! The rates here are the lowest around which is why I moved forward with a second refinance. Mr. Herrera is an experienced and patient Loan Officer who takes the time to make sure his clients understand the refinance process. He continues to be responsive and takes the time to answer all your questions. I would absolutely work with him and Watermark Home Loans a third time!
He did a great job. As promised. He gave a lender credit that covered alot of my expenses. Good communication. His processor did a great job as well. Would use them again in the future.
The service was prompt and personable. My concerns were addressed and questions answered. I received a good interest rate. However, the necessity to have to write 150 is a little ridiculous.
