Wilson helped me with 3 refinances in 2020. He and his team made it easy to take advantage of low interest rates. Setting up mortgage loans in the past has been extremely difficult. I was working with a different loan officer and my loan process was dragging for around 10 weeks with no improvement. Finally the loan officer was changed to Phillipe and in the next 10 days my loan was closed. He did a miracle. Completely satisfied and he was very polite too.
How many times can we say how grateful we are for Jody Canfield. Jody worked on refinance for us but due to the size of the loan, a refinance was not possible at the time. She came back a month later and said she thought she might have a plan B. How she even had time for a Plan B with loan applications towering over her, I will never now. He earned my trust when he didn’t try to tell me I could afford more house. He listened to my plan and what I wanted, and worked to meet my wishes. He asked great questions and got a better rate than I initially expected. Highly recommend.
