My refinance with Wilson Rodriguez at Watermark Home Loans was the best deal I could find and was painless. The mostly online application was easy. Wilson answered all my questions quickly (even on weekends). The support staff was friendly and helpful. I've refinanced a half dozen loans and this was the best deal I've ever gotten (both the costs and the interest rate) and was the easiest.
