How many times can we say how grateful we are for Jody Canfield. Jody worked on refinance for us but due to the size of the loan, a refinance was not possible at the time. She came back a month later and said she thought she might have a plan B. How she even had time for a Plan B with loan applications towering over her, I will never now. Not being from the area, I asked around for suggestions for a loan provider. Paul’s name was one of several I reached out to and he was the first one to respond. He earned my trust when he didn’t try to tell me I could afford more house. He listened to my plan and what I wanted, and worked to meet my wishes. He asked great questions and got a better rate than I initially expected. Highly recommend.

Philippe was extremely helpful and very polite in getting me the best rest rate to purchase my second rental property. I got a very good rate because of him. Five months ago Philippe helped me to refinance my other rental property. He is the best and will call him again sometime next year for the next purchase!!

Jody Canfield helped us refinance our mortgage twice - once to get a great rate, and then again to bring down the rate from their own company, Watermark. Typically you have to switch to a different lender in order to improve your rate, but they advertised that they would do this if rates dropped and held true to their word. Making sure to test the market, I found the best available rate and presented it to Jody, which she was able to improve upon. I called around to various lenders for rates, and Brent was not only the one with the best rate and most reasonable closing costs, he was the most responsive and most focused on getting me the detailed information I needed. Throughout the process he was extremely supportive and helpful, patient with my numerous questions, and very reassuring. I am very happy with my new rate and term refinance, thanks to Brent! I recommend him highly.
