A little background information. We have been in the same house since 2010 and refinance to a 30 years VA loan in 2012. Now, We wanted to refinance to 15 years conventional loan, since we have enough equity in the property. We have a good credit scores, and the goal is to get the best rates so the change to 15 years loan will not increase the monthly payment too much. I was impressed at the professionalism by Moses Herrera. He answered all of my questions and was available all hours of the day when I needed him. I was a bit disappointed in how long my refinance took but that’s kinda to be expected when the rates are incredible. Overall, Watermark got me the terms I wanted and Moses was a pleasure to work with.
