I found Watermark Home Loans via an internet search, but was a little leery about entering my contact info for fear of constant bombardment. After I provided my information, I was contacted by Alex Perez. Alex made the entire process from application to closing a very efficient one. He responsed almost immediately to any and all of my email questions which helped the process continue without hesitations or hiccups. Kudos to Alex leading the Watermark team.
We just finished using Jody and Watermark for our Refi and in over 30 years of buy and refinancing homes, Jody was by far the best!!! Jody was extremely prompt and responsive to any questions I had via email or phone. She was totally on target regarding anticipated costs and timing in processing the refi, even in the crazy Covid 19 times. I highly recommend her.
