I was ready to start shopping for a loan refinance. I came across Watermark Home Loans with Monica Reyes as my contact. She emailed me updates every few weeks as I waited for when I wanted to lock into a rate. As time passed and I emailed, Monica responded promptly. We finally decided to go with Watermark because tehy were lower than all the other lenders. Monica was great to work with and we had a great experience.
Use Justin and team for the best buying experience. They were very quick and communicative with what was going on to ensure we closed on time. They were ready way ahead of schedule and made the process so easy for us!
Paul and his team were able to get me into my home during COVID-19 with only 10% down, it was nothing short of a miracle. They were extremely professional, always responded to my questions, and confidently ushered me through the process (even when I was freaking out, lol). Brian is incredibly prompt with his replies and expert in his advice. He has walked me through refinancing twice now and has been tremendously patient and helpful. Also, he has kept me up to date on any drops in interest rates and communicated to me regularly to make sure that I'm happy and getting the best bang for my buck. Alex was great to deal with. He was on top of the entire process, from beginning to end. And it all went as planned. Alex promised at the beginning of the process that if the rates go down as we get close to the closing day, he will take advantage of it. And he kept that promise.
