Alex approached me to look into refinancing my existing loan. He delivered with a great rate low associated closing costs as promised making it an easy decision for me to proceed.
Jody was patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She patiently answered all my questions (I'm a first-time refinancer, so I had a lot). Even with all the mess going on with the pandemic she took the time to answer emails, seemingly at all hours of the day. As the economic impact of the pandemic affected mortgage and refi rates, Jody and her team were able to float down my rate to beat the current market offerings. I highly recommend working with her!
Watermark Home Loans is an excellent lender. The mortgage loan officer named Alex Perez has helped me from A to Z and the process has been going very smoothly. He is the great guy and definitely I'll work with him in the future and absolutely refer him to anyone in need of either purchase or refinance, in my case is refinance.,
I worked with Watemark on 4 separate transactions. 3 refinance and 1 purchase. On all 4 occasions I had the pleasure of working with Phillippe Mouradian. Philippe is a true professional, an expert on all matters refinance and new home purchase . Justin And his team made it very easy from start to finish. The level of communication was excellent and everything was very well organized. Document management in his system was very straightforward and easy to use. Justin’s level of involvement in walking us through the process and keeping everything on track were superior. Both realtors complimented the process of working with Justin. I would not consider looking for anyone else to work with in the future.
