Philippe, and his team are true professionals. Providing top notch service and detailed attention combined with a client first approach. Have used twice, once when refinancing home construction loan, and again when rates dropped below 3.4%. Could not be happier with my experience.

Justin was great to work with. He was really good with following up on questions about refinance. His customer service skills are second to none. He kept me up to date on interest rates and how I might benefit by waiting to refinance. I believe Justin takes to heart to "Treat others the way he would like to be treated". Towards the end of closing I felt like he was family and was very trustworthy.

Justin is unmatched when it come to customer service. He would touch base daily and I always knew exactly where everything was in the process. He will bend over backward for you to get the job done and done quickly. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and I would recommend him to anyone looking to refinance their home. 10/10 great experience!
With loan rates low, I started shopping around. First with my existing bank. Then with another "fast"-en loans. Finally called WaterMark /Cross. He beat them all, rather substantially. He was very friendly on the phone and responsive to emails. Loan took a little longer to close, but that's not unusual since lots of people where refinancing at this time. Everything went as expected.

Jody answered all my questions and explained the process to me which was the most important thing for me. And was good about staying in touch over such a long timeline on the loan due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Solid loan officer.
Philippe helped me watch the market and lock the lowest rate during the time period. All review and approval were super smooth. Cannot ask for more.
