Watermark Home Loans / Justin were super easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the subject matter, and exceptionally communicative when it came down to sending out reminders or just following up! In the process of closing my refi we hit a few snags. What I appreciated about Tom was his willingness to chat through each situation with me and help me understand what I was anxious about. I know that I am a little paranoid when it comes to large amounts of money and financial jargon that I don't understand. Tom did a great job of helping me through those spots and I appreciated his work a lot.
I had the most extreme pleasure of working with Philippe to obtain a refinance for our house. What a journey it was!! The refi took much longer then expected because of obstacles of mine own but, during this whole process Philippe was so knowledgeable, assuring, patient and most importantly made us feel secure! I had a pleasant experience; this my first refinance my house, and everything is going great and I am happy. The process is very easy, and We did everything online. So, I recommend Philippe Mouradian for everyone, and he is respond my email very quickly and answer my questions.
Cathy came at the recommendation of a friend, and she came through in every aspect of our loan process. None of this stuff is fun, but Cathy and her staff made it as painless as possible, answering all of our questions and calming any concerns. Even the smallest hiccups had a quick remedy, and did not involve us standing on our heads. Watermark is a benchmark for us.
We moved from San Antonio to Dallas and were introduced to Justin through our Dallas real estate agent. Justin was great from the first conversation to the day of closing. Texting, calling, emailing with updates constantly. We closed a more complex than usual loan in just 30 days. Besides for his communication and friendly personality, Justin has the ability to be creative and offer options that most big banks can't. If we refinance or buy again in the area, we won't consider working with anybody else.
I have personally known Justin for a long time but I have never had the opportunity to work with him on a business level. Being in the real estate business myself I have come across a lot of mortgage lenders but none that are as hard working and knowledgeable as Justin. He is a great communicator and has very good software applications that make it very easy to decide which option is best for you. Rob Kromberg and his team at Watermark are the best! From start to finish, Rob kept me in the loop and the loan process went as smoothly as could be imagined. I would use Watermark again in the future, and would definitely work with Rob again.
