I found Watermark online and was reluctant since I had no connection with them. I cold called Brian and never looked back. He offered me a great rate it was hands-on to the whole process. My current mortgage company or shall I say past was Mr. Cooper and they were just playing games with me on refi numbers. Brian is solid and I would recommend him and I will be a repeat customer.

Justin helped us buy, and then refinance, our second home. Both experiences with him were literally infinitely better than with the lender from our first home. Cathy is fantastic! We did a cash out refinance on our second property in early February. Cathy was able to close us in less than 2 weeks! I was beyond impressed with how quick and smooth everything went. I am so happy we did this, and I felt like our timing could not have been better. I spoke to Tom at the start of my refi process but decided to go with my existing lender, assuming it would simpler. After a few weeks of limited progress I cut bait and went back to Tom. He was very easy to work with walked us through every step of the process...and my final rate was 0.5 point lower than with prior lender!
