From what I have experienced in working with Wilson is that he is professional and is straight forward, just like the way it used to be. It seemed as though we could have made this deal with a handshake. Wilson always kept his word and then some, something you don’t see or hear of any longer. Surprisingly, I had a very pleasant experience from the onset as I called Watermark. We had a great experience with Watermark during our recent standard 30-year refinance. Monica Reyes was fantastic--gave us daily updates on the interest rate until we were ready to lock, was up-front with everything. Disclosures were on-target, and she answered all our questions quickly. Plus, they beat out our original lender and several others we quoted by 0.25% or more.
