Ron Grau (loan officer) was really on top of things. Been searching for a refinance rate since October 2019 - he said he would alert me when rates were at our rate. In February 2020 - out of the blue he called and said this is the time. I was surprised he remembered. From there all was a breeze - he is knowledgeable - on time of everything - responsive - best experience ever. Way to go Watermark!
Wilson was excellent to work with. He was friendly, honest, quick to respond and the online software he provides to upload required documents was easy to use. I've worked with other Mortgage Bankers in the past for home purchases and never had such a positive experience as I did with Wilson. I've already recommended him to family and friends and glad I had this opportunity to also express my appreciation for all his help in providing me a great rate for a 15 year loan to refinance my home. From what I have experienced in working with Wilson is that he is professional and is straight forward, just like the way it used to be. This is my second loan working with Dillon at Watermark. The team is fantastic. Very professional & helpful. Everything went smoothly both times. Dillon provided frequent updates & responded very quickly to my emails.
Surprisingly, I had a very pleasant experience from the onset as I called Watermark. Dyllon Bobo was very courteous, provided options and the rates in the evening and we were in business the next day.
