Can’t say enough about how Justin serves his clients. When we closed on our house 14 months ago, Justin promised to follow up periodically to check in. I worked with Noreen on a 30 year mortgage in Arizona. I had contacted other lenders before her and none came any where near the rate and costs I got with Noreen and Watermark. My closing costs were very low and my interest rate was 3.375 fixed 30 year. In addition my closing was completed ten days before where it was initially planned.
