If you work with Watermark make sure you ask for Phillippe Mouradian. This is the second refinance I have worked with him on and it is always a pleasure. He is very responsive and will work hard for you. The first time I had issues with the underwriter and Phillipe was great working them through. That was the reason I went back the second time. What's better the second time he beat all the competitors by a mile. I got a great deal. I highly recommend him.
When the home appraisal came in less than anticipated, not allowing for the 1st loan strategy to be completed, most lenders would have walked away from our loan application. Not Jodi, she got creative, and was able to a complete loan package for us that perfectly fit the strategy we intended the re-finance for. Terrific person to work with.
Quick and Easy Refi process. I recommend Ameer Jalal to do Refi or other Home Loans work. He was there from beginning to the end of my Refi, guiding us step by step.
I have now closed three loans with Josh, primary refi, investment refi, primary new. In every case Josh has worked diligently to make sure we got the best deal possible. He takes time to understand your goals, and regularly has very valuable input and ideas. I never once felt like Josh didn’t have my best interest in mind.
