Philippe did everything possible to make my refinance quick, easy and as inexpensive as possible! He pulled all information I had from a previous refi, was able to convince them to reuse a fairly recent appraisal saving me time and money. I literally had to just upload a few documents. The notary even said it was the lowest rate she had ever seen on a home loan! Highly Recommended and he couldn't have been any more responsive or polite. Many Thanks

Recently refinanced my home with Wilson - cash out refi. In the middle, we had a death in the family, and had to leave work for surgery, both of which impacted / delayed my ability to focus on getting everything in and done on time. Wilson and team handled it all without any issues. He was thoroughly professional and kind throughout, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. In fact - already have!

So, I got a much better rate and a lower origination fee than 3 other people I know that live and work in my area. All 3 were in the same situation, with comparable equity and income. My rate and origination fees beat all of them hands-down. Wilson said he would, and he did. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Wilson and Watermark. Just let him run the numbers. I am more than satisfied I had the best loan officer and best closing team available. Thanks Wilson, and Dana! You made all my dreams come true.
