So, I got a much better rate and a lower origination fee than 3 other people I know that live and work in my area. All 3 were in the same situation, with comparable equity and income. My rate and origination fees beat all of them hands-down. Wilson said he would, and he did. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Wilson and Watermark. Just let him run the numbers. I am more than satisfied I had the best loan officer and best closing team available. Thanks Wilson, and Dana! You made all my dreams come true.

Thanks to Philippe and Dana from Watermark home loans. They did excellent job on my home refinance. Closed the refinance and loan funded in less than 3 weeks and that too when some days were holiday. I used watermark again to refinance because they treated me as a valued customer during my home purchase. My home purchase was closed 5 days earlier than the actual planned closing date because of my request to prepone it. They created new paperwork and booked new recording dates with short notice.
