Wilson was extremely attentive to my needs, he always made himself available after hours, weekends or holidays. The entire process was streamlined because of his follow up from start to finish. We even shared personal pictures and video of our kids baseball highlights. When it’s time to do it again I have Wilsons number on speed dial.

This was my second home loan within a 5-year period that was conducted by Philippe. All of the financial figures were provided in the early stages and did not change as things progressed. It was also helpful that he sent all required borrower tasks and instructions in a timely manner and then proceeded to process them without delay. We were turned down by two other lenders prior to working with Cathy and her team. After being told on both occasions that we did not qualify for the loan in question, even I was skeptical when Cathy assured us they could get the job done. Cathy and her team were extremely responsive to all of our questions and constantly kept us up to date throughout the process. They did what they said they were going to do and delivered.
I found Wil to be extremely professional and helpful. He explained what would be required for the refinanced ,how the process worked, and that my loan will close in 30 days. When I was strapped for time, he even met with me to pick up my paper work. He called or email me letting me what each step was and what to expect. I would highly recommend Wil Daly.
