We worked with Philippe and it could not have been an easier process. Everything was done in a timely manner and numbers were crystal clear and never changed. The only hiccup was due to my previous lender paying the taxes a week before closing which shifted the numbers. Philippe and his team were able to quickly edit the cash at closing to reflect that the taxes had been paid. This could not have been an easier process and I owe that to Philippe and his team.

Wilson was extremely attentive to my needs, he always made himself available after hours, weekends or holidays. The entire process was streamlined because of his follow up from start to finish. We even shared personal pictures and video of our kids baseball highlights. When it’s time to do it again I have Wilsons number on speed dial.

Great communication, follow up and great at explaining the process of refinancing. Brian and his team provided a great service when I had second thoughts on the process. They did a great job of providing explanations and process.
This was my second home loan within a 5-year period that was conducted by Philippe. All of the financial figures were provided in the early stages and did not change as things progressed. It was also helpful that he sent all required borrower tasks and instructions in a timely manner and then proceeded to process them without delay. We were turned down by two other lenders prior to working with Cathy and her team. After being told on both occasions that we did not qualify for the loan in question, even I was skeptical when Cathy assured us they could get the job done. Cathy and her team were extremely responsive to all of our questions and constantly kept us up to date throughout the process. They did what they said they were going to do and delivered.
