This was my first time purchasing a home, so therefore I was very unfamiliar with the process. Justin made this process incredibly easy and an overall a very enjoyable experience. I was blown away by their service. I did NOT enjoy the process of trying to find a lender at first. It was hard to get consistent, quick responses. The agent was direct, clear and VERY responsive. He was also the most direct and knowledgable of any of the lenders I worked with. My only hang up at first was that I'd never heard of Watermark. I was terrified that once I signed up or got down the process my agent would go MIA and I'd get left hanging. That was not the experience I had. This is our second time we have worked with Casey with our Refinance on our mortgage. We were apprehensive on working with lenders we didn't know but after giving Watermark home loan a call, we were assign with Casey and he made the whole process smooth. He answer every question we had and believe me we had many. He answer every questions promptly and professionally. Highly recommend Casey to any of our friends our family.
Just went through the refinance process with the help of Philippe and Dana at Watermark and couldn't be more pleased. The process was quick and efficient and they were able to lock in the BEST rate to save us a hefty amount each month! The refinance process took only little more than 1 week to close. The rate is competitive and the fee is reasonable. I would recommend Water Mark , Phillipe agent to anyone in mortgage loan business.
