Ameer Jalal and Jesse Chappell were great to work with! They were helpful, knowledgeable, and offered the absolute best loan out of the 6 lenders I compared. They quickly answered any question I emailed them. Everything went smoothly, and the total process took one month.

This is the second refi I've done with Philippe Mouradian at Watermark. I highly recommend this company and Philippe. He is very knowledgeable, and experienced in his profession. He reached out to me about the rates going down (he does his due diligence in knowing the current events and what will impact rates), and got us a sub 3% rate.
