I highly recommend this firm. I had some personal grave issues that I needed sympathetic time and were humble. They worked patiently with me and provided sound suggestions. All hassle-free. Stayed up with initial market ratings but amended to lower the rating as it fluctuated to my advantage. Customer service was contagious. All were on the same track...because they were the best. Brian helped me with the purchase of my first home. He was patient and offered lots of professional guidance along the way. Patrick worked with us on an initial refinance that was the best of the competition but we decided not to go with it, until a month later it became evident that we'd need a much larger cash out refi. I worked with Patrick and his processor, Jeannie. My refinance was not easy since I had to make Patrick wait while I finished constructing my home which took longer than I thought.
