Did a jumbo VA cash out refi with Watermark and the Joshua Crater team. Joshua is very diligent, found solutions to challenges, and stayed in constant communication. Cathy was very easy to work with and fast. We had documents to sign and "to do" tasks waiting for us in our inbox within half a day or even minutes after our phone conversation. The entire process start to finish was 2x faster than friends of ours who are using a different lender. The interest rate was the best we could find and fees were very reasonable.
Phillippe and WaterMark helped us with purchasing a rental home near our son's university. Overall the process went very smoothly for someone who remembers the good ole days when a home mortgage could be secured by a hand shake and a couple of signatures. But those days are over for sure. WaterMark was very prompt and stood by the rate and terms they offered at the start. I would do business with Phillipe and WaterMark again.
Philippe was great to work with throughout the process. He was very responsive and proactive on communications throughout. Initiation to close on my refi was only a few weeks. Very appreciative of his straight forward approach - no “games” that I heard when speaking to other lenders. Great job!
