I can't say enough about Watermark. I had a much more complex divorce refinance and they handled it like experts and the process was relatively painless. They moved my application through the process quickly and kept me up to date. They responded to all of my questions very quickly and very thoroughly. They knew the process inside and out. They had the best rates out of the 7 or 8 lenders that I checked. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Phillippe was very good on staying on top of all the issues and pushing the loan forward. I would use him again and also pass his information on to my friends.

I had a few challenges because I work for a foreign government so my application did not fit the usual mold wrt required documents. Philippe worked with me to get the equivalent documents. He was also very responsive in providing pre aproval letters etc... He was very patient and explained the process making the experience a lot less stressful.
