After shopping for rates, landed on Watermark via bankrate. The rate was very low so I was skeptical to the catch. After speaking to Brock, I had confidence that there was no catch. Brock was informative, thorough, helped guide me through the skepticism with facts and was always VERY prompt to my requests. I highly recommend Brock @ Watermark.

You couldn’t ask for a better lender! We needed a short escrow and he delivered exactly that...only 20 days from start to finish. We were all impressed with his expertise and efficiency in the loan process and look forward to doing business with Jason again!

I worked closely with Ron Trejo through my closing process. Both were professional, supporting and were able to provide the best rate (shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with them).
