After an intensive online search for a lender that would fit my loan case, which was definitely not straightforward, I found Brian and Watermark to be the most compelling and he certainly navigated my loan process through it's share of several hurdles, tenaciously and efficiently to the desired outcome
Super ecstatic about my refinance. Cathy Dragna, once again, took such great care of me and my fiancé in helping us with our mortgage, but this time with refinancing our home. With her help, we were able to save soooooo much by refinancing. She was able to get us such a great rate that I didn't think would be possible. But she did, it. After shopping for rates, landed on Watermark via bankrate. The rate was very low so I was skeptical to the catch. After speaking to Brock, I had confidence that there was no catch. I worked closely with Ron Trejo through my closing process. Both were professional, supporting and were able to provide the best rate (shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with them). Unlike other companies I have worked with Ron (who was the originating officer) stayed with me through the whole process and was quick to resolver any hiccups that came up.
