I used watermark to refi my home a few years ago and had a great experience, fast service and best of all the rates are extremely competitive. They were the best I could find on bankrate.com and even got rebate money back. My latest purchase was just as good. I had brokers tell me to shop with their “best guy” and they couldn’t even compete with the rate and rebate money back.
