I used watermark to refi my home a few years ago and had a great experience, fast service and best of all the rates are extremely competitive. They were the best I could find on bankrate.com and even got rebate money back. My latest purchase was just as good. Good experience on getting loans completed on time. On time, great rates and good communication. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again
You don't often associate the loan process as simple but Rob and team have the process down and made our loan a smooth process (albeit only a few hickups out of their control). I would highly recommend Watermark and Rob Kromberg for your loan needs.
Searched high and low for the best rate and lowest fees. Found Watermark through bankrate and was contacted by Brock Hicks, from day 1 he was transparent and responsive. I feel I got the best deal possible on my refinance paying only the lowest fees. The process was funded within the 30 day lock period.
