It was a pleasure to work with Phillippe Mouradian and James Guest. They were very professional and prompt in answering questions, processing the application and keeping in touch as we worked through various hoops in closing the loan. This is my second refinance with Watermark. Both times I got excellent rates, discounted fees and successful loan issuance.
I would recommend Jesse 10 out of 10. Our house purchase was not an easy one. There were multiple loans in multiple states. Jesse was very knowledgeable at every step of the way. He and Sandra, the loan processor, kept us informed and responded to every request. We closed escrow on time as expected.
Jesse was amazing not only did he always have an answer but he responded to my communication at all hours. This was by far the best home buying experience I have ever had, they will be my go to for all future home loans!
Philippe just made the whole process so easy and effortless, was by the easiest transaction that i've ever been a part of would highly recommend thesePhillippe and the lender to all.
Jesse Somberg was friendly, honest and transparent the entire process of our loan approval. He even worked on a holiday to get us a pre-qualification letter for our housing offer. Jesse was responsive to every question we had and was able to get us a rate that no one else could beat. We are very happy that we went with Watermark for our loan.
Brock Hicks was very patient, professional, explained everything in detail and was knowledgeable in his field. He always returned calls, texts and emails promptly.
I was extremely pleased with both Phillipe and Maribel processing my home refinance and they both guided me during the loan process. I need to commend them again in pushing through the loan closing in time, even though I stretched the home appraisal inspection to almost the end of my lock period due to my home remodeling situation. I found the e-signing to be easy and breezy!! Again great people to work with!! I would recommend them to others.
I had an excellent experience with Watermark in general and Patrick Lyons in particular. I did shop around and they offered the best deal by far. Mr. Lyons explained everything from the beginning very clearly, and nothing ever deviated from the original loan estimate.
