When it comes to choosing a lender I care a lot about the cost of the loan (including the rate and fees/closing costs) and how quickly I can close. However, customer service is also extremely important and I would not have chosen a lender with the lowest rate if I didn't feel 100% confident that I could rely on them to support me throughout the process since it is a stressful process (even with it being our 4th home purchase)! I would strongly recommend going with Watermark Home Loans. Rob Kromberg and team were great to work with. I own a small business which requires a lot more hoops to jump through to get approval. They clearly explained what was needed making the entire process smooth. We only had thirty days to close from the excepted offer. Rob and Genelle beat the deadline by a week. I couldn't be happier.
Casey, was very easy to work with and organized which is very important. The Watermark Home Loans portal page is great and fast. While shopping around for a refi Casey was able to find us the lowest rate compare several other companies and the fees were low as well. Additionally, While looking for another property a year later Watermark Home Loans still had the lowest rates and Casey was able to process the pre-approval paperwork as well as update it quick enough so we could squeeze a bid in on a home.
This is my second time with Brock and again he was very thoroughly followed the process from beginning to the end. Loan was closed on time. Definitively will use Brock again if needed.
Maribel Nungaray was very easy to work with. She was quick to answer any of our questions and submitted our paperwork in a timely manner. We were very impressed with her and were put at ease with doing a refinance on-line. We closed in 30 days as promised and got a great low rate. Watermark Home Loans was a great choice!
