It’s rats roaches and bed bugs all in these apartments. They don’t fix anything including your air in the summer. Sinks don’t work dishwasher don’t. The lady named Ashley in the office has the nastiest attitude! Wouldn’t tell a homeless person to live there
Great secure place to start. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The you lady Tia meets you with a smile and is ready to assist. I think I made a right choice with Waters at Augusta.
I have never seen or dealt with better staff than the staff that works in this apartment. When I had no hopes of getting me and my son a home they not only went to work to make it happen they sincerely cared about our circumstances. I was helped with every detail with such compassion and Grace that after leaving there my hope for humanity was restored. I wish that all people had the heart and understanding as these women do. Definitely grateful for the leasing office they helped me when I need it and moved me in. Process was easy and they walked me through everything. Thank you waters at Augusta :)
I’ve been here two years now with my two girls. It’s so much better than when my aunt lived here way back when I was a teen. The new management & community they are building & maintaining is so great. From school supply drives to food drives. They are all about supporting their tenants’ every day lives. The apartments are updated & well maintained by a dependable maintenance crew. I don’t think I’ve had any issue that wasn’t resolved within a day. This is all overall a great place to live. Would highly recommend.
