I live here, and for the past 7 years I have complaints! They never addresses any issues, the properties assistant watch me got gang, and it was 17 or more people on one me with my child in the home!! They never put the people out! Management is never in the office!! They pick and chooses who they allow inside units they lie and tell you they got a 2-year waiting list when they don't!!!! Called and spoken with Veronica and was instructed on how to apply for an apartment. She was very nice and pleasant and helpful as well. She also told me that there is a waiting list that is currently being purged so please apply because she may have some availability very soon. Thanks for your help I am looking to move to Charleston in the next three months for work. Thanks for all you did to assist me.
Went into the office today and spoke with Veronica and she was very pleasant. Gave me a waiting list application and took my information and explained to me the difference as to why they do not accept Section 8 applications and encouraged me to still fill out the waitlist application to be placed on the waiting list. Veronica educated me on the different programs and reached out to a sister property that could take my voucher. I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the office since the end of May early June of 2019 I have emailed their temporary apartment manager no one calls me back I'll leave messages every other day trying to get ahold of someone because of the situation this apartment complex is the slackest I have ever been at I can't even go to my home because every time I go there's people outside my door making loud noises smoking drinking I have a 2 year old son and when I asked them to please quiet the noise they curse at me an... read more
