I though I was getting the entire cabin, It was just the one level, not the lower deck as show in all the pictures. Although it was clean, there was a strong odor of urine. It wasnt quiet as the owners kids rode 4 wheelers and swam in the pond, which was littered around the edges with dead bluegill.
