I had a great experience. I had my boat at a different place closer to home and they couldn't diagnose the problems of were mailing it worse. I brought it to Joey and his team found all the issues and were great to work with. Highly recommend. They document the issues and share everything with you. I won't take my Mastercraft anywhere else.
We bought our first pontoon boat at Watersports Central in Seneca yesterday. The entire shop was friendly, and we even met the CEO of the company who took his time out to chat with us. The best though was Artie our salesperson. He was knowledgeable and welcoming with a positive can-do attitude. We didn’t feel pressured in any way. As a small business owner, our decision to buy certain brands of equipment or vehicles weighs heavily on the service that is provided post sale. Jerica, who runs the service dept at the Seneca location, is a perfect example of how post purchase ownership should be handled. Her team has always provided prompt and thorough work whether is be warranty or maintenance. We just purchased our 4th boat from Tommy Lee, and when the time comes for the 5th, WC will be at the top of the list.
Excellent experience with Artie and Brian at WaterSports Central. Bought my first Nautique and the experience could not have been better. From the sales process to delivery, they exceeded expectations and went above and beyond!
