As a small business owner, our decision to buy certain brands of equipment or vehicles weighs heavily on the service that is provided post sale. Jerica, who runs the service dept at the Seneca location, is a perfect example of how post purchase ownership should be handled. Her team has always provided prompt and thorough work whether is be warranty or maintenance. We just purchased our 4th boat from Tommy Lee, and when the time comes for the 5th, WC will be at the top of the list.

Took delivery on my South Bay 224RS LE today. Cannot speak highly enough on the experience. Worked with great folks in financing and service at the Buford store and sales in Seneca. They all took the time during the processes to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. 5-star company!
We shopped around between Hall Marine, JC Sports, and WaterSports Central and, while all of them have great salespeople and great products, Chad, with his incredible energy and enthusiasm, was able to convince us to purchase a MasterCraft. Typical dealership leaves up bait-and-switch listings on boats that have miraculously "just sold." Edit: Typical dealer pretending they aren't actively affiliated with Boat Trader and trying to "help sell me a comparable boat." Literally bait-and-switch in their response.
