We took our older boat into water sports Central to get a full wet sand and acid wash due to the boat being in the water post Hurricane Helene. The team went out of their way to make sure we were pleased customers. I tip my hat to JOEY who’s leadership and customer service was of the most professional I have seen in awhile and years in the boat maintenance area. Their service department is outstanding. On several occasions they’ve taken my calls and connected me with a technician who helped me work through minor issues, and every tech who has serviced my boat has been knowledgeable, proficient, and easy to talk with. Jerica, my service coordinator, is knowledgeable as well and always responsive and gets back to me quickly. I highly recommend Water Sports Central! I’ve left a review before, but their exceptional customer service truly deserves another!

As a small business owner, our decision to buy certain brands of equipment or vehicles weighs heavily on the service that is provided post sale. Jerica, who runs the service dept at the Seneca location, is a perfect example of how post purchase ownership should be handled. Her team has always provided prompt and thorough work whether is be warranty or maintenance. We just purchased our 4th boat from Tommy Lee, and when the time comes for the 5th, WC will be at the top of the list.
