Without Neal Tipton and his amazing team at Waterstone Mortgage my dream of owning my new home would not have been possible. Not only are they top notch professionals, they made me feel as though I was 'carried' throughout the entire process. Always accessible, they answered all of my questions and allowed me to purchase my home without a hitch. As the buying experience can be very stressful, their support was incredible and I know they genuinely cared about my wellbeing - I was treated so well and never felt like just another customer. This is the third time we've turned to Dave Shelor for mortgage services. Dave and his team consistently outperform competition, delivering the best rates possible. In addition, Dave and his team deliver superior service throughout the process, making sure the process went as smoothly as possible, personally taking on tasks that would be left up to the borrower with other companies. Mr. Tipton and his staff especially Jenny they rock. They kept you updated on how your mortgage process was going, and they were very understanding. I will never forget when I first met Mr. Tipton, I told him I wanted to purchase a home for the first time, and what did I need to do. He assured me if I do what I was told in 6 months to a year I will be able to purchase. I did just that I followed the recommendations stayed on top my credit, etc., and I did buy my first home. I called him several times, and he always responded in a timely manner, as well as professional. Going through the mortgage process can be overwhelming, but if you have Mr. Tipton on your side you will not feel lost, or confused. Proud to say I close in 29 days….If you want someone who has your best interest at heart, and really knows the rules and regulations when it comes to real estate. Then call Waterstone Mortgage!!!
