Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me secure a refinance loan at a very good rate. He kept me updated on rate fluctuations and pinpointed the exact time to lock, which I really appreciated. Finally, because Doug was very proactive with the underwriter, we were able to close the loan in under 30 days, which was fabulous. I would highly recommend working with Doug Chauncey.
